Most clients that I see need help with learning about themselves; what their experiences mean, their emotions, what they actually want, how to communicate better, what makes healthy relationships and how to have them, update their perspective, unlearning unhealthy coping skills and gaslit world views, and so much more. They want to be heard, seen, understood, and treated like their own autonomous, authentic, human being and valued for their differences. Often they are afraid of being judged, abandoned or rejected, thought less of, or their words used against them as ammo. I promise I will never do that.
As a polyamorous pansexual myself, I can understand the struggle to find someone that won't judge your for your life choices or beliefs. I understand the struggle, weight, and presence of trauma of all kinds and how it affects us in the here and now. My only goal is to help you understand yourself and those around you, and how to incorporate your values.
I promise I will never judge you, think less of you, abandon or reject you, or use your words as ammo for anything you have ever said, thought, done, or thought of. I want to provide a safe space to be your most vulnerable and provide light during your shadow work. Healing is hard, messy, painful and freeing and it's my honor to walk with you through it.
