I enjoy working with individual clients who identify with anxiety, what-ifs and regrets, and feeling insecure in their relationships - either romantic or platonic. My clients are often challenged with rethinking conversations and interactions, which is utterly exhausting. I help client sort through their past, explore reptetive thoughts, and adapt new behaviors. Therapy examines limiting beliefs keeping you trapped in unfulfilling patterns and low self-esteem.
