Hi there, I'm Vanessa! I am a Caribbean-born and native New Yorker. I settled in South Florida with a passion to build families and strengthen individual connections. As a middle child, I grew up feeling unseen and unheard in a dysfunctional family dynamic, which led me to search for love and validation. As I grew into adulthood, I found healing and acceptance through conversations with close friends and professionals. It was during these times that really helped me and led me to where I am now.
Together, we’ll collaborate to set meaningful, personalized goals that reflect your values, strengths, and current needs. I believe in meeting you where you are, so our goals will remain flexible and evolve as you grow, heal, and gain new insights. Throughout the process, I’ll offer guidance, practical tools, and encouragement to help you stay focused.
