Hello my name is Vanessa Estebane ands I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My approaches to therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Personal-centered, motivational interviewing, and other integrated approaches which can help you break through and learn more about yourself and reach the personal goals you have for individual therapy. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, personality/mood symptoms, self-harming behaviors and suicidal ideations. I look forward to helping you process and learn more about yourself and what techniques can work to help better your mental health.
I am comfortable treating most any mental health symptoms but my experience is working with depression, anxiety, trauma, personality and mood disorders, suicidal ideations and self-harm. I also have experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnosis, relapse prevention, loss and grief counseling.
I am a therapist who believes in helping my clients step outside the box and find new ways they can nor only process emotions, thoughts and feelings but also discover the deeper and scary side of what causes mental health symptoms to arise.
