Hi, I’m Vanessa. I’m a psychotherapist with a passion for awareness and intentionality that can bring real change in the lives of individuals and couples that I see. I’ve worked with many who've struggled with difficult conditions who learned to overcome with the help of proven therapies. I work well with anxiety/depression, grief, life transitions, sexuality, identity, and relationship struggles.
I work with individuals, couples, families and groups as they find their way through traumas, anxieties, and a multitude of challenges and transitions. I enjoy incorporating Mindfulness (MBSR, MBCT) when appropriate. I am dedicated to creating a calm and confidential environment specific to your needs.
