My approach to therapy is person centered, light hearted and collaborative. Whether you are feeling stuck in cycles of worry, experiencing persistent sadness or low motivation, or carrying the impact of past experiences, I can help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I believe that healing happens in the context of safety, understanding, and a genuine therapeutic relationship. I specialize in anxiety, depression and trauma informed care. I help clients navigate life transitions such as college or divorce. My goal is to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for clients to heal.
My approach is trauma informed, collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices including CBT, ACT, and EMDR to help heal from traumatic experiences. I utilize CBT to address unhelpful thought patterns and also incorporate mindfulness techniques to support present-moment awareness, grounding, and self-compassion.
