About
Change can be scary & difficult especially if we feel we are alone and unsure of our next steps. I consider it a great honor and privilege to be able to walk alongside my clients as they take that courageous journey towards empowering themselves and making the changes needed for them to live authentically, joyfully, and wholeheartedly. I have been working as a licensed counselor for over 6 years in Southeast Idaho. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Some specialty areas of mine include: addiction, depression, infertility, miscarriage, grief & loss, parental alienation & family counseling.
I work from a trauma-informed perspective, so I emphasize working within the body for deeper healing. I also, work from a whole-hearted approach, where we will work together to grow and heal mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. I strive to create an environment where you will feel safe and can grow from your struggles and become your best self.
I believe people grow best when they are met with an environment of genuineness, warmth, acceptance, and empathy, so I am committed to providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere, where you can explore the challenges you are facing. I strive to always be genuine and authentic in our work together. I look forward to meet you and starting on your journey.
