I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I completed my Master's in Counseling Psychology at Palm Beach Atlantic University and utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing.
