I believe we do not have to face these challenges alone, and it is okay to ask for help. I take a client-centered approach to meet individuals where they are, help them feel supported and guided through their challenges, and assist them in reaching their individual goals. I strive to help individuals feel more hopeful and empowered to face the challenges of life and ultimately find peace and healing.
I enjoy working with children, teenagers, and adults dealing with a variety of emotional and mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum concerns, attachment, and trauma. I take a client-centered approach when working with individuals, and I am trained in EMDR therapy and other evidenced based practices.
