Hello, my name is Vanessa Estrada Baron, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. I identify as a first-generation Latina, cisgender woman. I'm passionate about working with BIPOC families, and individuals. Additionally, I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ and undocumented/DACAmented communities. I hope we can work together to find meaning and feel satisfied with where your life is heading.
I base a lot of the methods on what you may need. It’s different for everyone. If you need journaling prompts, someone to just listen to, or strategies to organize your room, we can do that.
My niche would be working with the Latinx community, families, teens, and emerging adults. Although I’m honored to work with anyone interested in starting their healing journey.
