Clients come to me when they are exhausted of, or in addition to their current talk therapy with issues like: challenging relationships; feeling stuck in their story; find the world to be unfriendly; experience anxiety, difficulty focusing; trouble sleeping; not knowing and communicating their truth to others; have chronic pain and unexplained physical syndromes; want to know what "self aware" means; or/and want to experience a positive connection to their bodies.
I explore the whole person: physiologically, psychically, behaviorally, and spiritually by observing, tracking, interacting. I directly support you to repair your story using body, mind and spirit in the present. In this integrative approach, awareness develops, regulation is experienced, new pathways are made for a different experience going forward.
My training has focused on Marriage & Family Therapy and Somatic Psychotherapy and I am influenced by 20+ years as a Yoga Instructor/Practitioner, iRest® Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness practices, Laws of Attraction, Somatic Practice with Kathy Kain, Hakomi, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Humanistic Psychology, Gestalt, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Mentorship for AAMFT Supervisor Candidates

Supervision mentoring is a service provided by a current AAMFT Approved Supervisor to a candidate as part of the training requirements for the Approved Supervisor designation. The major focus in supervision mentoring is on the development of the supervisor candidate’s supervisory skills as opposed to a primary focus on trainees’ client situations. This experience should include live or recorded supervision sessions, and may include no more than three supervisor candidates per session if done in a group. Mentoring may occur via online video, using methods congruent with AAMFT ethics.
