I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I also hold a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential. I specialize in working with foster and at-risk youth, as well as adults in school-based settings. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on helping clients navigate life challenges, build resilience, and develop coping strategies. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These methods allow me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, helping them address current challenges while also exploring the deeper, underlying issues that may be contributing to their struggles.
