I have been a MSSW since 1998 with varied experience with all age groups and all stages of life. I also have two other graduate degrees and real-life experiences that contribute to my value as a therapist. I love to help others overcome challenges and blossom into the best version of themselves through healing and growth. I'm accepting only adult clients and couples at this time, ages 18 and up.

I am skilled in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, CPTSD, and relationship stressors. I have a great deal of education and training but I'm also well-known for creativity in treatment and thinking outside of the box for positive outcomes.
My goal is to create a safe, nurturing partnership to help you overcome struggles and live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
