I have 10+ years experience working with children/adolescents and their families. I have experience with individuals living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, gender dysphoria, DMDD, ODD, and other related mental and behavioral concerns. My approach includes the use of CBT, mindfulness, and a client-centered approach in sessions.
I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and families because I understand the importance of family and the individual.
