I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified mindfulness teacher. I completed my M.S. and Ph.D. at the University of Miami, my predoctoral clinical internship at the Yale University School of Medicine and my postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School/VA Boston Healthcare System.
I am deeply committed to the delivery of compassionate and evidence-based therapies. I have extensive experience providing cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). These therapies are two of the most rigorously investigated psychological treatments and have been shown to be highly effective for a wide range of difficulties.
My areas of specialization are providing individual and family therapy, for adolescents and adults, who are struggling with conditions including depression, anxiety and trauma. I believe I can provide the support and assistance that you are looking for to help achieve your goals.
