I also specialize in helping young adults move through decisions such as career choices, leaving home, identity issues, self esteem, body image issues and food issues.
. My goal is to offer the tools each client needs to find contentment and peace- and to help them discover the right path for themselves. I have been trained in many different counseling techniques and theories and use what is most helpful for each client.
