Now Accepting New Clients! I am the owner of Valor Counseling Center. We provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We specialize in working with first responders and their families and we also see civilians. We treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, anger, betrayal trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I am EMDR Certified and EFT Trained. We work collaboratively to help clients heal, build resilience, and reach their therapy goals in a supportive, personalized environment.
Our specialties include PTSD, trauma, stress, anger, anxiety, depression, grief, and more. We look through an attachment-based lens and use modalities such as EMDR, CBT, mindfulness training, play therapy, ACT, and more. We also work with betrayal trauma and have a special niche for first responders and their family members as well as frontline workers.
