Since 2006 I have provided individual, group, couples, & family counseling whether it be community health, residential care, inpatient services or outpatient private practice. I now solely concentrate on making mental health services accessible to underserved individuals within the BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA communities. Unapologetic authenticity is the goal.
I was raised in Mid-west suburbia and know what it is like to feel or look different than those around you. I love to cook & workout almost daily. I'm often characterized as extroverted, open, positive, fluid, & accepting. I seek to motivate others to be important to themselves, to celebrate diversity, and to never settle for less than what is deserved.
