Are you doing ok in your life, but you just want to be more content and at peace with your relationships and other life goals? Whatever depression, anxiety, or compulsive habit that weighs you down we can work on improving, and I promise to hear you out and walk you through it. My overall goal for each of my clients is to help them increase their awareness of themselves and their situation as well as apply their insight to making positive life changes.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I like to focus on how the different parts of your life fit together or maybe aren't fitting right now. I have experience helping clients resolve trauma, depression, anxiety, and compulsive habits including problematic video game and pornography usage.
I help clients achieve success by demonstrating compassion for them and whatever struggle they are currently going through without judgment or criticism. My favorite part of therapy is getting to help a client lay their emotional burden down and start feeling hopeful again about what they are striving to accomplish in their life and relationships.
