The Warriors Path to Peace
The Warriors Path to Peace is some basic training developed to equip warriors to live at peace with the world. Each class will involve lecture, practice exercise, group work, and home-work. This work shop is not a fire and forget class. Our hope at Valhalla is that you will internalize what you learn and begin a life-long, life-changing journey. The goals of the program are to help the participants: 1. Develop Cultural Awareness about the Warrior Culture 2. Develop Self Awareness 3. Learn skills to recognize and develop healthy relationships 4. Recognize the importance of Spiritual Development
