I offer therapy and coaching for high-achieving adults and couples in demanding, high-pressure lives who look composed on the outside but feel flat, anxious, or chronically low on the inside. Together, we can look at where you feel stuck in the same attachment, relationship, and sexual patterns and build a way of relating that feels more honest, alive, and sustainable.
Together we look at how stress, pressure, and old attachment patterns show up in your relationships and sex life, as distance, conflict, or shutdown. I use a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach, with Gottman tools for couples, to slow things down, name the pattern, and support realistic change.
