My passion and dedication to helping others was my drive in obtaining my clinical license. Throughout the years I have gained vast experience of direct face-to-face Individual and couples counseling with a wide range of populations.
I use several modalities to assist you in identifying your strengths, weaknesses, and triggers while guiding you to develop coping skills that will be your tool to get you through the most difficult and challenging times in your life. These modalities include but are not limited to CBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and more.
