My approach is client-based, through talk and exercises we will work together to find the path that helps you gain insight and develop skills to support your goals.
During our sessions, we will talk about your goals, explore what is working and what is not, move towards increasing self-awareness, and work together to create actionable steps that support your growth. We will go at a pace that feels appropriate to your situation, and frequency of sessions that meets your needs.
We will connect via telehealth, we will turn off other electronics that may interrupt or distract. We want to create a comfortable, safe environment where you feel open to expressing yourself, so private on my end and private on your end.
