You may understand why you react the way you do, yet still find yourself overwhelmed by emotional triggers, painful memories, self-doubt, relationship patterns, phobias, performance anxiety, or a nervous system that won't seem to settle. If you've made meaningful progress in therapy but still feel stuck, adjunct EMDR may help. I provide focused, goal-directed EMDR treatment that works alongside your existing therapist, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, attachment, and nervous system regulation.
My practice is intentionally structured around focused 4–12 week episodes of care rather than ongoing weekly therapy. Most clients continue working with their primary therapist while we address specific trauma-related goals through EMDR. My role is to complement the work already underway—not replace it.
In addition to EMDR therapy, I offer Clinical Supervision for Associate Therapists in WA State, and EMDR Consultation to therapists nation-wide. I enjoy helping clinicians deepen their confidence, strengthen their trauma work, work through clinical blocks, and integrate EMDR, IFS /parts-informed, and nervous system-focused approaches into their practice.
