Connection is the most basic human need. Our survival is dependent on whether or not we have someone we can turn to when we are most vulnerable. We experience disconnection as: death, divorce, conflict, betrayal, loneliness. I can guide you on your journey of securing satisfying and nurturing relationships or strengthening and rebuilding existing relationships . I have experience working with sexual & intimacy issues, sex addiction, pornography and affair recovery. I can help you repair and reconnect with whomever matters the most in your life or find and create new lasting, healthy relationships. I help individuals and couples find greater happiness improve their lives.

I also use EMDR to help individuals overcome trauma. Trauma is a normal life experience often associated with major life transitions: death, divorce, retirement, blending families. Painful experiences can leave us feeling stuck. EMDR is a technique which allows the brain to reprogram and process painful events.

I specialize in helping couples strengthen and repair their relationship utilizing attachment based, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EFT, which research has shown to be highly effective in helping couples strengthen their relationship and stay together. Over 90% of couples reported improvement in fewer sessions than other therapy methods.
