We can also begin to explore how your past experiences may be influencing you today. Often times we know that our upbringing was not maybe the "best" and as a result we can feel less than fully appreciated and un-validated. This can have longterm effects on our self-esteem and wellbeing. Therapy allows us to fully explore any repeating patterns in your life, and offer freedom from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and suffering.
I offer my clients 25 years of experience in providing therapy. My passion for my work continues to grow as I support my clients in reaching their goals, mending relationships, and changing their lives. The therapy I provide is an experience of genuine connection as I am friendly, nonjudgemental, and kind.
