I am an insight-oriented therapist with a deep respect for Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, meditation and yoga. The underlying principle in my practice is to value people's individual experience and the particular meaning that their experience has for them. In this spirit we can explore together to help lay the groundwork for insight.
I work with people of all ages including college students and people experiencing other life transitions. Treatment issues include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, health related problems (including Lyme Disease) and adjustment challenges.
