My passion is helping people heal and grow through life’s challenges in a warm, spiritually grounded space. Grief and loss are among my specialties, along with supporting emotional well-being and personal growth. As an LPC and LMHC in CT and NY, and a BACP member, I use a holistic approach—integrating DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and pet therapy—to nurture resilience, balance, and deeper meaning in life.
I gently guide clients through the grief and loss process with compassion and understanding. Together, we create space to honor their experiences, find comfort in connection, and rediscover hope and meaning. Healing unfolds naturally in a supportive, heart-centered environment.
