I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My mission is the education of the whole person by exploring how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and supportive in starting our healing process. I am client-centered and use modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and other interventions based on the client's presenting concerns.
I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings including schools, community-based organizations, and private practice.
I am open, gentle, and curious about learning about client's experiences leading up to therapy. I also like to support my clients by being their advocate when they are searching for and further developing their inner strength.
