We live in a world that is changing every day often creating stress, anxiety, and grief. Sometimes, we feel stuck in routines or patterns that are no longer serving us but struggle to make change. My role is to walk alongside to provide support, honesty, and perspective. I encourage my clients to pursue their authentic self while working to debunk societal norms. Many of us have trauma stored in our bodies, unaware we're holding onto past relationships, feelings of failure and inadequacies. I support utilizing other body-based modalities in addition to talk therapy to connect and heal physical/emotional pain.
I have experience working in child welfare, crisis management, and medical social work. My specialties include working with those who identify as LGBTQIA+, adult children of alcoholics (ACOA), co-dependency, depression, grief/loss, and childhood trauma. I also work with clients who are navigating divorce, identity concerns, and couples counseling.
