I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience helping adults and adolescents suffering with depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, bereavement, and relationship and communication problems. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I have a certificate in Adolescent Mental Health.
I believe in results. I teach skills to relieve your stress and emotional pain. Most importantly, my treatment approach is based on your needs.
