It is my priority to provide a safe and welcoming space for anyone and everyone walking through my door. I primarily see youth and young adult clients seeking individual therapy. For minor clients, I offer full family sessions on an as-needed basis as well as brief, weekly check-ins prior to the start of session. As a therapist, it is my goal to walk alongside clients as they explore and navigate their values, identity, relationships, and passions.
I use an individualized care approach and combination of techniques specific to the needs of each client. Some techniques include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which are implemented using a person-centered, holistic approach.
One of the bravest things that we can do for ourselves is to take the time to acknowledge who we are, who we were, and who we are still becoming. No matter our age, we are always learning.
