By using a direct, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach I will help you create long-term, sustainable changes so you can learn to effectively cope with difficult life circumstances, painful emotions, traumatic memories and distressing thoughts.

I utilize evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness based therapies; emphasizing choice, resiliency and authenticity to help move you towards your goals and live the life you want to live. Wise Body Warrior: 5 Day Eating Disorder Intensive

This 5 day intensive outpatient treatment is tailored to immerse those struggling with emotional eating, binge eating disorder, or stable bulimia nervosa in sustainable recovery solutions.
