I've spent over 12 years supporting adolescents and adults in educational and mental health settings, and now practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a genuine, trusting connection. where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
As an ART practitioner, I use a brief, structured psychotherapy to help clients resolve distressing memories by reprocessing how they are stored in the brain. Through eye movements and image rescripting, ART reduces emotional and physical reactions, removes triggers, and preserves factual memory.
I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, and trauma. I also work with individuals to navigate conflict resolution and developing healthy coping skills. I bring a grounded, empathetic approach to therapy, meeting each person where they are and honoring their unique experiences.
My therapeutic style is integrative and client focused. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered techniques to guide our work. These evidence-based approaches help clients reconnect with their authentic selves and move forward with clarity and confidence.
