About
In our “good vibes only” culture, I provide a space to explore all the vibes, not just the good ones. I believe the key to an authentic life is to ignore the pressures of appearing as if you have it all together, and instead being honest about how things are going. I help my clients acknowledge difficult emotions, have difficult conversations, and face tough decisions. It can be a tough path, but in the end, you’ll be more than okay. You’ll be better.
For over twenty years, I have provided therapy for people from all walks of life. I never get tired of meeting people and hearing their stories. I am skilled in addressing a wide-range of issues. I draw from a variety of treatment methods, but my work is individualized to fit each client.
My office is small and private. It’s an ideal place for you to shed your Instagram-worthy facade and to rediscover your true self. To learn more about my work, check out my business social media pages (Instagram: sincerely.your.therapist; Facebook: Valerie Larson-Howard,LCSW). You can request an appointment on my website. I can’t wait to meet you!
