I have worked with clients who have experienced the following life transitions: first-time job excitement followed by advised-resignation or firing; working FT as a single parent enrolled in classes; maintaining an income while working through an illness; military to civilian employment; long-term unemployment then a great job; and a new view of taking tests and quizzes after having surprising results from career assessments.
I provide counseling to teens and adults to help them manage anxiety, stress ,work issues and career transition. I have also provided Career Coaching to adults enrolled in industry-based training programs, and have worked with 1st- generation college students.
