I am patient and playful when I work with children to help them through their tough moments. I provide a good balance of therapeutic play and therapeutic work to overcome difficulties with kids because they need to be active in all they do. Whether the child has experienced big life changes, such as divorce of his/her parents, to chronic stressors or trauma, to anxiety, we will tackle the “tough stuff” while playing and working together.
I also see teens and adults and use compassion, empathy, and humor to work through life's curve balls that often get thrown at us all. With all clients, I work alongside them to build a strong and healthy plan to bounce back from stress, anxiety, depression, and/or trauma.
