Therapy is a vulnerable process and finding the right therapist can be a daunting decision. I appreciate the strength it takes to begin the search for a therapist and I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in your healing process.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. I am passionate about providing therapy to adults and adolescents who have been directly impacted by war, childhood trauma, sexual and physical assault, and witnessing traumatic events that have occurred to others.
As a United States Navy veteran and member of the mobile crisis response team, I have experience providing mental health care to service members, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders. I am trained in EMDR, CPT, and CBT. I take a person-centered approach and would be honored to support you in your process of healing.
