Thank you for viewing my profile! I'm glad that you are considering therapy and making strides toward better health. I have been in the field of psychotherapy for over 15 years and have had experience working with many different groups and problem areas. Much of my work has been dedicated to mood issues and disorders, such as anxiety and depression, as well as suicidality, ADHD and other mental disorders. I have been trained and utilize both traditional and alternative treatment modalities, using evidenced based practices as much as possible, and always work to find the right treatment for each individual.
At the current time, I am only offering telehealth services. Telehealth allows me to reach a greater number of people who may, otherwise, not be able to receive services. During telehealth sessions, I can provide some psychological assessment and therapy services.
