Hey, I’m Val. I don't do fake, sugarcoated therapy—I keep it 100% real, honest, and sometimes a little messy, just like life. Therapy should feel like a conversation, not a chore, and definitely not a lecture. Being from Queens, NY and a first-gen kid of immigrants, I know what it is like to carry expectations, push through stigma, and feel like you have to have it all together. I create a space where you can come as you are—messy, confused, overwhelmed, or all of the above. If you are unraveling trauma, battling anxiety, or just trying to survive the chaos, I am in it with you.
Healing sure as hell is not easy, but it is possible. Parenthood, trauma, and major life changes can shake you to your core. It can be like putting out a fire with a leaky bucket. You don't have to do it alone! We will sort through it all, make sense of the chaos, and find what actually works for you. No clichés—just real talk, deep work, and real change.
