I have been a therapist since 2011. I am a certified trauma professional. In my practice, I utilize therapeutic talk with or w/o other modalities. By following your feelings and intuition, you will find what works best for you in therapy. I can offer guidance from my own intuition, knowledge, and experience. With children, I utilize talk, play, and more.

If desired, I will weave in aspects of a variety of therapeutic modalities based on the unique and individual needs of each client.
