My practice focuses on supporting individuals who are dealing with transition, life evaluation, chronic illness, loss and change. I have had the privilege of working with individuals who are dealing with caring for both children and aging parents, caring for a spouse or loved one or grieving the loss of an individual or relationship. I have also found that families benefit from dialogue regarding changes in roles within the family system as members get older and more/less dependent. Additionally, some of my clients come to counseling to work through the age old question of "What am I doing with my life?".
I respect the therapeutic relationship and make sure that our time together is grounded in safety, theory and trust. I look forward to assisting you in your personal growth. I am currently offering Tele-therapy services throughout the week and in-person sessions on Wednesday evening and Thursday during the day.

Groups
Supervision Group- for LCMHC Associates
I offer supervision groups for those who are currently LCMHCA's working toward fully licensure. We meet monthly in the summer and twice a month in Fall and Spring. Each group is 2.5 hours and participation is limited to 6 people.
