I am certified in Level 1 Gottman, Level 1 Sand Tray, and Level 1 Prepare/Enrich. All three are about relationships. Relationships in love, family, friends, and self. My approach is based on cognitive behavioral theory, but it is only the foundation. I enjoy speaking with clients about their lives and helping to connect the dots to create a clear picture.
