I am an ICEEFT-Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist. EFT-C is a research-based approach to couple therapy that has been demonstrated effective in improving relationships for 90% of couples. This expertise also underpins my work with individuals who want to improve their relationships with partners, family and friends.
