About
This has been a time of great change for all of us. So to make life just a little easier, I've lowered fees to make therapy accessible to everyone, added TeleHealth for those impacted by COVID and/or who don't have a counselor nearby. For in-person visits, I even have a "therapy puppy" who is in training as a therapy dog. The benefits of therapy animals is well documented and our therapy dogs have been a great success with clients. I'm also a Maine and Florida licensed counselor with over 20 years of experience, specializing in depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. Call/text or book right on line at www.TherapyInternational.com
I have been counseling over 20 years and have also worked as an ESE teacher, Behavior Specialist, with battered women, juvenile justice, Guardian ad Litem, the victim witness program, and with the survivors of 9/11 and the Pulse Night Club tragedy. My client's ability to overcome trauma and adversity is an inspiration to me.
We have a "therapy puppy" on staff who is training as a certified therapy dog. The physical and emotional benefits of therapy animals has been well documented. Also, please note that we no longer take insurance but you can submit your bill to your insurance for reimbursement. Instead we've lowered costs. By doing this we also insure your confidentiality.
