Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted, even though you are doing everything you can? I specialize in anxiety, trauma, boundaries setting and ADHD. Many of my clients look successful on the outside, but feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected on the inside. Using a trauma informed approach, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR, I help you understand patterns, process what’s keeping you stuck and create real lasting change. Together, we build balance in your life, resolve anxiety, set boundaries so your nervous system is reset and we create a better life that actually feels manageable not just looks good on paper.

My goal first and foremost is to be present for you, listen to understand what’s going on with you, and to help you to achieve the dreams that you are still aspiring to make happen. I believe in finding connections and patterns, getting to the root causes of issues not just a bandaid. ( CBT, EMDR, anxiety, trauma, mindfulness, boundaries inner child/parts)

Life requires us to keep moving, but it’s important to stop and reflect and regroup sometimes. When doing this, you see the ways that you are on track as well as the ways that you are not.
