I like “results” and believe that you being the “expert” on you, and I, lending some expertise and strategies to work through depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting, etc. that you can move through the difficult time you are experiencing.
I am an active listener and provide support and reflection but also direct and respectful feedback. I use traditional talk therapy with insight and/or supportive and reflective listening, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy including building very practical, usable skills in managing anxiety and depression and take a positive position of working on what you can do
