I have an extensive background in treating issues related to trauma, chronic physical issues, anxiety, depression and more starting from conception to present. Also, I help professional adults who feel like you aren't fully living, people with chronic health or pain, as well as many mental health professionals. My modalities are holistic and go much deeper than talk therapy or correcting thinking. In addition, I work with businesses & groups to teach simple but powerful brain & body skills.
My primary tools are EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Transforming Touch (body based) & neuroscience allowing the mind & body to release, restore & change neural circuits and body memories to a level often never experienced. Also, I use energy- modalities including Emotion Code therapy. My therapeutic interventions often attract holistic seeking people.
I offer a very unique approach & support to you healing the core symptoms impacting your health, relationships, & mood. I will teach you skills to use.
