Life can be wonderful, interesting, challenging but no one ever said it would be easy! Never before have we faced such a difficult onslaught of problems affecting our work, school, social and even medical aspects of our lives. The good news is that counseling has never been easier to access. I have been a counselor since 1991 and am just as passionate about my work today as the day I started.
My specialties include grief and trauma, adjustment to disability, relationship issues, stroke and TBI, anxiety and depression. I am a LGBT+ affirming therapist and work with individuals, teens, couples and families. Through compassionate and non-judgmental listening I will meet you where you are, and together we will work to create positive changes.
