I have experience working with adolescents and adults. I have worked inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization and outpatient therapy. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR.
It's my hope, whatever your reason for seeking help at this time, together we can create a useful experience for you in a safe comfortable environment.
